Deacon was blessed on June 1st by his dad. Scott gave a beautiful blessing. I am so thankful to have a husband who holds and honors his priesthood. My Aunt Marilyn made the little tuxedo complete with tails in the back. After the blessing we had brunch back at our house. It was wonderful to have so many of the people we love with us to share our special day.My family:

It's so fun that you have a blog now!! I LOVE looking at all the pictures! Your new home is gorgeous, as for decor~~~paint, paint paint! I like to look in the pottery barn catalogs for ideas. (don't know if that's your style or not) They use Benjamin Moore paint and have the paint color chips at their stores, you just have to ask for them~~or can request online I think. That way, if I see a room I like, it's easy to copy!
The baby is beautiful and so lucky to have wonderful parents! Congratulations!!

Well it's about time!!! I am so glad that you finally did it. It has been so awesome to see what my sisters are doing and how their kids are growing. Now I get to keep caught up on Deacon and what you guys are doing. I can't wait for more posts. Your house is beautiful, maybe we will make it down to see you guys one of these days. Deacon is so cute, and I love all the feelings you shared. Isn't it amazing how things change when a new one comes along. The emotions are full scale and they tend to be closer to the surface.
