Easter Weekend

We had a fun Easter weekend inspite of the cold and wet weather. Saturday morning we took Deacon to the city's annual Easter egg hunt:
He had a blast running around picking up eggs:
He was thrilled when he found out they had candy inside!

When the hunt was all over Deacon ran right over to the Easter Bunny and gave him a hug around the leg. I wasn't quite quick enough to catch it with the camera though:
Grandma and Grandpa took Adrian to the hunt as well. She loved picking up the eggs, but wasn't so thrilled with the Easter Bunny. I can't say that I blame her though- he was kind of goofy:
On Sunday, after General Conference, we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa's for an Easter/Birthday dinner:

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter filled with family, laughter, and of course candy! We really enjoyed listening to Conference and feeling the Spirit teach us through the Lord's prophets and apostles. We are most grateful for our Savior's atoning sacrifice and know that through Him we will all live again. He Lives!
