It's hard to believe our little boy is two-years-old! The time has gone so quickly and it makes me want to scream- "SLOW DOWN!" He is so much fun and such a little character. He knows what he likes: tractors, buses, trains, planes, Elmo, Otter Pops, cold cereal, bananas, animals, grandmas and grandpas, music and dancing. He is learning at lightning speed and it's so fun to watch him as he figures things out. He already knows: all his letters, many colors (my favorite is when he calls pink- "mink"), lots of shapes, how to count to five, how to say prayers, how to get his way, how to give the best hugs and kisses, and how to entertain everyone. He is the life of every party and a busy little guy who never stops running, playing, and exploring. He has become a bit of a tattletale lately and one of his favorite phrases is "Mom mean" or "Dad mean" or just insert the name of whoever has crossed him in anyway. He is a sweet little snuggler and loves to cuddle when he is tired. He loves watching Sesame Street especially Elmo and loves to get up and dance to all of the songs. He loves music and some of his favorite songs are: The Wheels on the Bus, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Teach Me to Walk in the Light, and Jesus Wants Me For a Sunbeam. He has developed a special relationship with grandma and grandpa and loves being at their house so he can ride on grandpa's tractor, visit the horses, and chase the chickens. We celebrated his birthday this year at Canyon View Park. He had lots of guests: Grandma and Grandpa Hurst, Grandma Pack, Aunt Haylee and Uncle Todd, cousins Kaiden, Corbin, and Carter, Uncle Shawn and Aunt Whitney, cousins Adrian and Carly, Aunt Kimberly and Jake, Uncle Gatlin, Uncle Logan and Aunt Anna, cousins Jude and Jacquelyn, and Aunts Katie and Jessica.
