24th of July Celebrations

We braved the crowds and the heat once again to watch the good old Spanish Fork Fiesta Day parade. It was much easier back when Deacon spent the majority of the time sitting in the stroller. I was lucky to get this picture of him on my lap. He was too busy running around finding people to bother!

After the parade, a nap, and a barbeque we headed down to the carnival. We all got a kick out of the faces Deacon was pulling while on the motorcycle. I'm pretty sure he was doing sound effects:

Next we headed over to the roller coaster (Deacon was convinced it was a train and we couldn't persuade him otherwise). The picture is a little fuzzy, but if you look closely you can see Deacon grinning from ear to ear and poor little Carter bawling his eyes out right next to him:

This was by far Deacon's favorite ride and I had a hard time getting him off the "Choo Choo":

Finally, we made our way over to the airplanes where Kaiden and Corbin showed us how it's done:
