My brother Garrett passed away on August 3rd. He was only 31-years-old. It has been a rough month for our family- actually a rough year. We've watched him struggle- trying to find his place in this world, but never quite figuring it all out. He was such a kind and loving person. He was generous to a fault and was always very thoughtful. It breaks my heart to know that he often felt like he didn't fit in. I've gone back and forth feeling angry and sad about his death, but I am thankful for the knowledge I have that I will see him again. I know he is happier now and hopefully he will discover how very much our Heavenly Father loves him. I love you too Garrett.

It isn't right to make someone cry first thing in the morning....
I have been putting off this post.
Camille,
I must say, although his funeral was so sad, I was so touched by the beautiful things that were said. Garrett was truly such a good, beautiful person. I'm sure that he knows now just how much he is loved, especially by the Savior. I miss you!
Love,
Michelle

I think about Garrett often and get so sad for your family. I love the photos you posted. I also enjoyed getting to know him a bit more at the funeral.
I'm so sorry for your heartache.
